Rebecca A. Klein is Principal of Klein Energy, LLC, a regulatory and business consulting company in Austin, Texas. Over the last twenty years she has worked in Washington, DC and in Texas in the energy, telecommunications and national security arenas. She provides business, regulatory and government affairs consulting for international and domestic clients focused in the energy, communications and national security industries.
